1. Acceptable Service Agreement
Welcome to DataNex, an API platform operated by 4Stack Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to our APIs, using our automated CRM enrichment services, or accessing app.datanex.dev, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are authorized to bind your developer stack or corporate entity.
These terms form a legally binding contract between you (the user) and 4Stack Ventures. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease accessing our platforms and APIs.
2. API Access & Usage Limits
Access to our B2B contact extraction API is granted according to the selected pricing tier. Users must not exceed concurrency limits:

Bypassing rate limits, reselling credit pools, or using our data extraction service for illicit phishing operations will result in immediate API credential termination without a refund.
3. Compliance with Web Crawling Standards
Our APIs parse publicly available domain names and web metadata. Users are responsible for ensuring that their automated outbound emails and sales operations comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other national privacy regulations.
Compliance Notice: DataNex is a data pipeline builder. We do not store lists of direct consumers, nor do we provide list brokerage services. We crawl domains in real-time according to your query request. You assume all liabilities for outbound marketing messages sent to crawled contacts.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Under no circumstances shall 4Stack Ventures be liable for any indirect, incidental, or pipeline downtime costs resulting from crawler blocks, network latency, API timeouts, or transient service disruptions.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is strictly limited to the amount you paid us for your active subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.
