Data Integrity Commitment

4Stack Ventures respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle B2B data indexed by our B2B contact extraction APIs, account login details at app.datanex.dev, and visitor activity on datanex.dev.

1. Data Collected on Visitors

We employ standard analytics dashboards, specifically Google Analytics, to track visits, aggregate bounce rates, and run conversion rate optimization tests. This tracks cookies on your browser to measure session behavior. You can opt-out by disabling browser cookies in your browser settings.

We also collect account profiles (names, emails, company sizes) when developers and corporate stacks sign up at app.datanex.dev. This data is used solely to authenticate API keys, log credit quotas, and notify subscribers of updates to endpoints or pipeline statuses.

2. Contact Enrichment & Public Web Crawling

Our APIs identify business emails, telephone numbers, and public social URLs from domain websites. We only index data that has been published by organizations for public outreach. If you are an individual and would like your email or telephone removed from our index database, contact support@datanex.dev for prompt deletion.

Opt-Out Policy: We process data removal requests within 24 business hours. Email your request to support@datanex.dev with the subject line "Crawler Index Opt-Out". Please include the specific domain or email address to exclude.

3. Security of Payments

Checkout and merchant processing are handled directly by Dodo Payments. Card numbers never touch 4Stack Ventures servers. All requests are SSL encrypted.

Dodo Payments is a certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider. By subscribing to any DataNex tier, your transaction metadata is handled under their Merchant of Record privacy standards.
